Your Life Values, Your Life

Your Life Values, Your Life
Discover Your Core Life Values and Use Them in Everyday Life
Most people know what values are but far fewer know how to use them in everyday life.
This program offers a simple, practical way to understand your Life Values, not as abstract ideals, but as deep emotional signals that guide your energy, motivation, and choices.
Your Life Values show you when life feels right, and when something important is missing.
When they are present, you feel more alive, grounded, and clear.
When they are absent for too long, life may still function, but it doesn’t feel right.
In Your Life Values, Your Life, you’ll identify your three core Life Values through real experiences from your own life.
Not by choosing words from a list, but by exploring moments of happiness, meaning, pride and discovering the feelings beneath them.
You’ll learn how to:
- Recognise your core Life Values as emotional needs
- Understand why certain situations energise or drain you
- Use your Life Values as an inner compass for decisions and boundaries
- Create everyday conditions where your Life Values are met more often
The program is practical, reflective, and grounded in everyday life. It can create a clearer understanding of what truly matters to you, and how to live more aligned with it.
